Jeg samarbejdede tæt med vores team og vores kunder for at forstå deres behov og forventninger. Vi oprettede en mere struktureret kommunikationskanal, hvor vi kunne holde vores kunder opdateret om statussen for deres anmodninger og løbende problemer.
Langsomt begyndte vi at se en positiv ændring i vores kundetilfredshed. Nedetiden blev reduceret, og leverancerne blev mere præcise og rettidige. Vores kunder følte sig mere værdsatte og inddraget i processen, og de begyndte at udtrykke deres tilfredshed med vores forbedrede service.
Som tiden gik, begyndte rygtet om vores forbedrede service at sprede sig, og vi fik endda flere nye kunder. Vores omdømme voksede, og vi blev kendt som en pålidelig og professionel IT-serviceudbyder.
